I'm having some problems getting this thing back into program mode.
Any suggestions?

Turn it on with TX at full throttle worked for me. Anybody know how to set up the governor???

Hi!
In program mode, change the second possibility. There is a missprinting
in the manual of the ESC. The second possibility when the manual shows
that "helicopter mode wiuthout governor." That is the gov mode.
But I have problem as well. My problem is that, the gov works only on 3000RPM.
Under 3000 the gov don't keep the RPM, and often switch off the motor,
and I have to auto...
If I increase the RPM in gov, with proportional switch,
after a mid RPM that don't grows up more. If I increase the switch to
100% the RPM jump suddenly to 3000, and with that the gov became
amaising good. If the battery is in good condition, I can't beat
down the RPM in the air, there is no problem with sudden motor
switches.
What shall I do If I want to fly at lower RPM in gov mode.
Another problem. If I connected the battery at 12.0V, not at 12.6V, the ESC
can not turn the RPM to 3000, and after a few minutes the ESC switch down
the motor again.
Do you have any idea?

If the esc won't go into setup mode then check that your throttle is the right way, JR normal, Futaba reversed. If this is okay increase the upper & lower endpoints as the esc may not be seeing enough travel for full throttle.
I'm using JR and it went straight into setup mode using full throttle without increasing endpoints at all.
