Looks exactly (I think it is) the older version of the Dualsky UBEC. I used that one quite a long time in my JR Voyager, before I bought a Jazz (which does not need ext BEC anymore). I never had any problems, now I am thinking to use that one in glow heli with Lipo or LiIon.
Dualsky seems to have now an improved version http://www.dualsky.com/main.asp?mainset=30, but even above one I think is good. See my picture the other side.
