Hi everyone,

I have looked every where for 3 in 1 tech. info ( not much JOY ).

My ?? is, has anyone ever hacked the 3in1 for use as just a tail ESC?

Also, will the (3in1) provide ESC function for rudder signal from just being plugged to the gyro (BEC lead removed), through the brush-less ESC's throttle lead BEC or do you have to disconnect the throttle BEC power and allow the 3in1 to provide BEC power as instructed by the E flight manual? Or maybe will work together...

I've included a layout PIC... Thanks for any help any one might have and if anyone knows where I might get the circuit diagrams for the 3in1 that would be great!

The 3 in 1 works fine as a tail ESC, just pull the red wire/pin on the main ESC to disable its BEC and use the 3-in-1 BEC. The only wiring you need to change is CH3, that will go to the new brushless ESC. The CPP user manual explains all of this with the assumption that you will use the 3-in-1 for the tail ESC.

Looking at the picture everything looks to be in order.
