Hey, you folks familiar with the MHA fly in. Will there be on site electricity for charging or do I need to fine a generator?

Also, do they allow camping at the site?

Will there be much going on Friday?

Looking forward to meeting some of you finally.

Cheers!
Lee

Just wanted to know if someone would be at the park on Thursday again this year with a key to the gate? I should be arriving around 6:00 or 7:00.
Thanks

Dog and me are at the field. Chief already busted out a flight on the TRex 600n. Field has 4 houses on deck. If you ain't here or ain't coming, you need to reprioritize. Come on out and enjoy.

Shooo...... What a great time. :woot

It was HOT, and there were bugs but ...I had a GREAT 2 days of pure helicopters! I saw the hottest tandem demo I have ever seen in my life. I also saw Bert fly his night rig up so high it looked like a star. But it came down like a meteor. It had to have left a hole!

My heart goes out to to the two pilots we paid to hold their breath and stick their head in to a cooler full of ice for 30 seconds. It always "sounds" easy. :rolling

Good seeing you Benny and the rest of the Chi family.

Oh the videos will be delayed since I am going on vacation tomorrow. Look for them in a few weeks.

Clay should have some photos up later today.

DD:

Your folding camper was pretty cool. That includes the wall sample that you carry around in you camper.
Well, go do your vacation thing. Have fun and we'll be patiently waiting for your master video collection.

There was a small kid of 10ish walking around in black T-shirt on Sat. Some called him Zak. Was that Zak Johns? It was too bad he did not bring a heli to fly if it was him. I would have loved to watch him fly in person. :(

Yep but I do not think he got a chance to fly. They just came to see everyone and TRY to get a flight in.

Thanks everyone for coming out and flying with us this year at the MHA Fun Fly! Without you the event would not be what it is. I can't thank all the sponsors, pilots, club members, and helpers enough! And there was no rain until Sunday!

We are already looking forward to doing it again next year. A couple of possible additions to the event may be:

- How high can I take my heli at night before I lose it?
- Who can hold their head in freezing water the longest?
- How much corn can you cut in one flight (without crashing...)
- Can the night fly actually go on until the sun comes up?

We look forward to seeing everyone at the events this year.

Wayne (and Paula and Dutch)

Event was great, only dampener was the rain on Sunday. Night fly was great, up until that model landed like 1/2 a mile away...
