Lubricant/Grease ? Which brand/kind?

I have the 450se I'm starting to build. They say use grease. Dont say which type. Would 3 in 1 oil work for this? I know they have it at a local store or is there a certain type I need?

I use triflow, some hardware stores and all bicycle shops have it. I used it on the trex to lube the main shaft where the swash slides up and down and the tail shaft where the pitch slider goes back and forth.
