Spektrum DX7 BACKUP ERROR

Help!
My brand new DX7 shows me a "BACKUP ERROR" message at startup. It does not work at all, what can be wrong? Is there any way to reset the unit? I live in Sweden and we don't have any repair sites here (yet). Please help!

That's the answer I did not want to hear... :( Anyway, I guess that's my only way out. I'll talk to Horizon this evening.

I've talked to Horizon now, I'll send it back to them first thing tomorrow. They'll fix it for me, no problem. Now I'm happy again!
