I am trying to convert my PRO to my Super 8 Futaba transmitter. I am new to heli's and can't figure out which swash plate to select. Can someone please offer me some advice or link on how to set this up in the super 8????? :arggg:

Well, I use the Spektrum DX7 so this will help but not totally.

You will want to choose the 3 servo 120 degree option. I believe you should have this option in you menu's since this is a comon option.

I think all will be different but I currently have my swash set this way:

Aile + (in my case 60)
Elev - (in my case -60)
Pitch - (in my case -35)

To get these to work with my BCPP currently channel 2 (Aile) is reversed and channel 4 (Rudd) is reversed.

I am curiouse if these + or - with channel 2 (Aile) is reversed with everyone.

All I can say is it worked for me.

I would strongly suggest checking out the CCPM Set up video's 1 and 2, they will help a lot. I know it is for a TRex but the concept is the same since they are both 3 servo at 120 degrees.

Here is the link http://www.helifreak.com/viewtopic.php?t=12455

I hope this helps.

** Edit** this will also help, on page 19 of the BCPP manual you will see that:
the Right-hand rear is the "Aileron" servo
the Forward is the "Elevator" servo
the Left-hand rear is the "Pitch" servo

Thanks,

Not sure if it's the same in the Super 8 as the 9C series, but if so, it's SR3. I believe the 7C defines it as an HR3. RTFM for swash types.. Like Slick said, you need the 120 degree setting.

I posted all my 9C's Blade CP settings in another thread a few weeks back. lemme dig it up real quick...

ok, here it is:

You *WILL* need to modify your settings to suit your mechanical setup, but this might give you an idea on how to get it all working initially.
