Hi
guys

Have been out flying my new raptor and every thing is how it should be my first few flights I took off from grass, but the last few times I have been taking off from concreat, and what I have noticed is that as I spool up I am getting bad vibrations but as soon as I continue to throt up it seems to pass..

I am not sure if this is norm, as this is my first nitro bird, I will go back to grass and see if it makes any diff..

What are your thoughts ??

What head dampners are you running? To a certain extent it's normal. Worse with the stiffer red dampners.

well bit of a noob myself when it comes to nitros as i have a raptor 30... when i was at my local club it was mentioned to me that my blades where too tight in the blade grips as was getting a vibration and since sorting that out mine seems to be fine so its worth a try..

Its normal when flying off a hard surface, its the blades centering up. If you don't have some already get yourself some skidstops, thwy won't stop much of the vibrations but they will keep the bottom of the skids from getting chewed up.

thanks guys..

The blades are not to tight that was my first thought, I called the store and was chating to the heli guy there andhe said its normal when launching from a hard surface.. will gut some of those rubber stops..
