How to get That EXTRA POP.....!

I love my stinger 50 but I want a little more pop from it.... I'm running a o.s. 50 with a KSJ pipe, and a gv-1 governor, my headspeed is around 1850.....with about +10/-10 pitch.... what are you guys running on the max end of your collective, and cyclic pitch, and max head speed.....?

I would say first off to get a litltle more "pop" to first off bump the head speed up to around 2000. I would'nt go much higher if your using to stock plastic grips. I 've ran that on mine for a while now with no problems. With this head speed I can also use roughly 11.5 deg of pitch for the quick pop but holding it there for very long it will start to bog. Second make sure theres no slop in the head especially where the head is attached to the main shaft ie: the "Jesus bolt". Noticed mine getting a little sluggish on climb outs right side up but bogging on inverted & found that the bolt needed re- tightening again. Head was moving up & down on the shaft slightly enoungh to cause a loss of a degree or 2 on the pitch positive & adding on the neg. Sounds impossible but a little movement there translates to a lot way up on the blades.
Start there & see what you come up with & keep us informed
