Hi all, I own an Observer EB(Almost New) it has not seen any action in a few months and I do not think it will ever see it again because I do not have the time to dedicate to my aerial photo business, My Intrepid standard has been flying flawless during some time, so I want to have TWO of them and I’m thinking to convert the Observer EB to a Intrepid EB I think I can reuse all tail, main gear, head, blades, engine, clutch with same gearing, most of controls, so I think I will only have to order, the frames, some frame spacers, some links, battery tray.

Does eny one of you have a complete list for the conversion?

Is any one interested in buying the Observer frames, spacers , links?

For the Gasser Eb you will need,

2 upper frames
2 lower frames
rear motor mount
2 ea 26mm frame spacers
4 ea 29mm frame spacers
EB front battery tray (can reuse the Obs, but this one is thicker and longer)
Throttle pushrod (different length)
1ea 3 hole block (you will reuse one from the Obs)
1 gyro mount (different than the Obs)
1 battery monitor mount
recommend:
carbon tail pushrod assy
Tail rotor servo mount (different than the Obs)
(this is to relocate the servo behind the frames. Gasser EB requires nose weight as it is...)
miscellaneous hardware....

This list is off of the top of my head, there may be one or two more small items needed.

I'll trade your almost new Observer for my almost new intrepid gasser eb. I live just over the border from you.
