Kudos to Rachelle at Duralite

Hey guys, I ordered a 4000mah flat pack for my raptor 50v2, what arrived today was a 4000mah ECU pack for jets! well, one call to Rachelle and they are overnighting me the correct pack! I really needed the bigger pack for my 4 day flying (including a funfly on sat) I planned that starts tomarrow! Thanks again for the great service and even better products! I will be a long time Duralite user thanks to Rachelle :D

You have the safest setup available. What more could you do battery and switch wise to be any safer? U like to be safe. :)

This is an old post, but I liked to say kudos to Rachelle and Duralite also. I ordered a complete setup of switches, batteries, charger, and checker from them. Before ordering I sent her an e-mail with some questions. She responded to each question with detailed answers to each. I also called and she spent a good amount of time talking me through everything I ordered. That's customer services.

Here's another one.
Did an online order and picked the wrong regulator. Called and left voicemail as it was after hours. Received the RIGHT regulator in the package! Thanks Duralite for paying attention to your customers!
