I'm using TP 2070s with about 5 cycles on them
I'm putting 1370mAh back in to the lipo with my 1010-210v after a 5min timed flight, mostly hovering in normal mode. Could I add an extra minuite to my flite time and still be within the limits of the 2070? How many cycles does it usually take before lipos "wake up". Thanks for all of your imput.

I amy flying the DN 2150 15C packs with a similar setup. S3154 on the tail, JR R790 Rx, and a ParkBEC running 6 volts.
I am putting back about 1450 after 7 minutes of hover.
Check things like belt tension and gear mesh.

You should NEVER discharge a LiPo beyond 80% of its capacity. So for a 2100 LiPo, you looking to never have to put more than 1680mAh back in.
SO for your 2150, never discharge so much that during charging you are putting more than 1720mAh (call it 1700mAh just to be safe) back in. If you put more than thatback in, it means you are over discharging the LiPo which will damage and risk fires etc.
You should really get 7-8 minutes (no more) off a 2100 3S LiPo.

I know that, and with my setup I am capable of getting more than 7 minutes, probably could go about 8.5.
If I miss getting the timer going my Efliernz alarm tells me to stop flying and I put right about 1700 mAH into the pack.

so why isnt there an alarm that will tell us when our lipo is discharged to 3.2v that way we know in advance of the soft cut off or 80% rule. Does the resting voltage of the discharged lipo, even after its cooled off have any thing to do with how far its been discharged? for example if the resting voltage is 3.1 volts then you know your gonna put back x amount and if the vlotage is a little higher then you will put back less?
Thanks,

Is it ok to base your time flights on how many volts are left in the pack instead of mAh. Unfortunately, my charger doesn't tell me how mAh were taken out or put back in. I was planning to fly and time until the volt meter reads about 10v. Would this be ok to do.

u would be overdischarging if the resting voltage is 10v. on a 3s pack. when u put your pack on the charger it should be over 11.1 volts when it starts for 3s packs. always remember to time your flights and not go down to lvc
