No excuses need to be posted. All that needs to be posted is that Ray has been paid in full what he is owed. Other than that don't post excuses. If you could not pay for the items, you should have not have had Ray send them. This has been going on for several months.

If you knew the whole story you would understand. He sent the stuff out on good terms expecting me to pay him, which I WAS going to do. And then out of nowhere crap came up. Old loans and stuff from the past. My last post was not a big excuse. That is the honest to god truth.

No excuses. They are getting old. It has all caught up with you. If you knew you owed old debts. You should not be making new debts. That is the terms of life, if you can't pay for it. You don't need it. Simple as that.

So, what you are saying is, that you went ahead and purchased these items from Ray on credit, when you still had outstanding loans that you hadn't made good on, from the past. The way I see it, is you are either a common thief, or are too stupid to manage money matters. Either way, anyone dealing with you should require all money up front.

I dont have the money right now or else I would pay him. Before all of this stuff happened Ray treated me like a father, I really had no reason to do this on purpose. I had every intention of calling him and say charge the card, and then a bunch of crap started and bills had to be paid, im flat broke. I have a few bucks and thats it. Im working for my dad trying to save so I can pay ray and get this over with. I agree he needs to be paid but when I have no money what can I do? I have no car or drivers license so theres no way I could get and keep a decent job. I WILL take care of this as soon as I can. :oops:

Sounds like you need to return/sell all the Heli/radio gear and at least make an attempt to pay some of this off immediately. You'll still be on the hook for the full amount but this will help you with the Heli community. No idea what you have..etc but you can pm what you have to sell and we'll see. Of course based on your reputation I'd expect to recieve the product BEFORE payment.

Chris, I know this is gonna sound like total crap to you, but here goes...

I guarantee you're hurting yourself more than you're hurting your "marks". Opportunities come up out of nowhere - I guarantee it. But when you have a reputation like the one you're developing opportunities have a way of not finding you. Instead you become a lightening rod for bad-luck. If you don't think your reputation is worth $300 bucks then you've already decided the path you want to take in life. So you'll work harder to take people here and there for a few hundred bucks, than you'd have to work to honestly earn thousands. I've seen it over and over. You never ever see small time crooks living large.

So I'll leave you with this thought... if you owed me $300 bucks I guarantee I'd offer you the necessary motivation to figure out how to pay in full within two weeks. Why not go ahead and find that motivation yourself, and pay your current debt?

Before you respond to this keep in mind that none of us are stupid. There are only three responses.

1) no response at all (just ignore it).
2) An excuse (and yes even a valid explanation is still an excuse).
3) Tell us you've made the payment.

In real life you don't get credit for effort. You get credit for results. At your age that's a lesson you need to learn.

Perhaps we're overly optimistic. I'm hoping he sees there are worse consequences than getting caught or getting beaten - namely ruining your reputation and foregoing all the opportunities that come to honest men.

I did that. After the crap I took for standing up for Chris earlier, and the warnings given to Chris, I feel no regret over publically calling him out, and stating fact.
Let there be no mistake or misconception about it, The ONLY reason I have not driven down to see you personally is at Rays request.

He is not going to call anyone that he owes money. Yes he has all the phone numbers. He just don't want to pick up the phone and call and take care of business.
He could make it simpler. He could go to the USPS and get the Money Order and mail it at the same time. One trip.

My pops and ray have talked before and seem to like each other.. id rather this be between him and ray. If ray would give him a call we could work something out. My dad said he has called ray a couple of times and he wont return his phone calls thats why somebody needs to have ray call him. Ray knows my number.

Ray doesn't need to return anyone's calls. All Ray really needs is to get his mail and there be a money order for $300 made out to RHR. No need for playing phone tag. Don't know why you can't understand that paying your debt there would be no more discussion about it.
