Well, I can't top that last picture, no how, no way.

However, to be fair, I said I'd post a pic of myself looking goofy so here goes:

DJ....

The "Hat Cam" looks great.... but you're missing a GREAT opportunity.
You need to strap that thing on... and go visit your neighbor lady that was having a cat about your flying over her house!

That visit should push her right over the edge!

That visit should push her right over the edge!

ohhhh man! that'd really get her going! I may be moving to a new house next month. If I do I'll make sure I get one last good flight in. Right into her back yard with the video rolling in her back window. ahhhhh haaaaaa haaaaaa!

LOL that one is great DJ When does the Carbon model go on sale ?

This one isn't mine, I don't have any pictures of mine on this computer. You can buy these things for about $400 w/o cameras and brackets.

Am I Crazy or are you flying a 1945 Taylorcraft BC-12D? I soloed one when I was 16 years old. My father is the pres. of the Tayorcraft Owners Club! Most of my hours are in a 1941 DC-65 Tandem T-Craft. Great video! I love the super results from a simple idea.

it's a 46 BC12-D ser. no. 6781 Manufactured January 1946. I see you're in Ohio. Home of the Tcraft! They are a joy to fly but finding parts is damn near impossible! I am in need of some Shinn brake shoes and can't find any airworthy ones anywhere... argh!!

What's your fathers name? Bruce?

I just wrote your dad a letter and sent some $$ to enroll. Goes out in the mail today.

thanks!

He was my flight instructor! I must warn you, He is a hard nut, but has a great heart. He is one of the best instructors and pilots I know. Good luck with getting your break shoes and let me know if I can help. I talked to my father and He thinks he can point you in the right direction

Take care

I just noticed your name is DJ Vegh! Are you building a GN-1 aircamper? I am building a 1933 piet and was following your posts for a long time on your web site. although or two piets were slightly different, your site was priceless to me because of all your pics and info about your corvair mod. I now this sounds corney, But I am a big fan of your work! Are you still working on the piet or did you get rid of her?

Take care

You and I could be brothers! I saw your pieteinpol site a I too fly Senior Telemasters! I scratch build mine and put big bomb bays and glider saddles on them. After I fly them for a while I sell them for some profit and build another. It makes a fun winter project. I have built four of them since I was 16 years old.

Take care!
