Hi to all
This is my first post but been reading and monitoring here for 5 month . And yes ived got a belt and been flying it for 3 month together with the other 4 helis that ived owned.
And ive'd got this NEW problem which i could'nt fix on my belt. It seems it had a sticky pitch ONLY when the headspeed is high . But when flying the belt on low headspeed it seems the belt pitch acts normal, responsive, acts the way i wanted it to act or response.
:Things that ive'd done:
1. Uninstall and install the belts head and checked for some abnormalitis.
2. change feathering shaft
3, change blade grips and bearing.
4. change blades
5. change swashplate
6. Change pitch curve and throotle curves just to get the pitch act like it acted before. No avail.
7. I even transfer the belts head on a walkera 60 and the 60 acted the same way (sticky pitch).
8. Disconect the motor. Set pitch to -2 -1 0 +4 +9 and confirmed it with a pitch guage.
After doing this things above. Fired up my heli, 50% throtle. no lift, 60% still no lift, 70% no lift still 80% NO LIFT but almost 85% and it burst up like a rocket about 15 feet.
Bring it down to 60% trl and the heli still hover at 10 feet, 50% and still hovers, 40%-30% and still hover for about a feet.
And YES all the moving parts on the head are smooth no binding or what so ever. specialy the blade grips that connects with the pitch linkage, ived made it as smooth as posible.
I dont know what else to look for.
