right now Century has a great deal on a 30 size heli's. or check out the bottom of the fourm and Clintstone has some up for sale at a good price. you can't go wrong with him. and i think Hotshot Charlie still has a raptor and a hawk for sale. you will get more for your money if you buy used plus if you buy from those guys you get great people behind what you buy!!!! all beginner heli's are pretty much the same. you just want one with a low parts cost and one that a bunch of people have already flown because you can get help from a good number of people..
hope this helps

Hey Peper and Helipsyco,
I just got back from a flyin and crashed the Hawk Sport, the accident was spectacular, but the damage isn't that bad. Probably $60.
Helipsyco, I can highly recommend either the Raptor 30, 50 or the Hawk Sport 30. Any of these birds with fit the bill. They fly good, are cheap to operate and cheap to repair.
I am ready for a 50 size bird, so my 30's are for sale.... after I rebuild and test fly the Hawk. You can PM me if your interested in either heli's, Helipsyco. If you have the funds, start with the Raptor 50, really good choice.

I forgot to mention the Gohbee Stinger also. I have not flown one yet, but what the guys that have flown it are saying is "ALL GOOD" !!!
I have talked to the owner of the company and he is committed to producing a wonderfully flying heli. Check them out at:

I like the Raptor 50. It will be enough heli to move you from beginner to intermediate and then through most advanced stuff and it's cheap to repair.
