Hi,

Can anyone kindly advise if different flight modes can be set with Total G? i understand different Gov speeds, but what about flight modes??

Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Do you want different flip/roll rates or piro rates for each flight mode? If so, this is easily accomplished in the D/R EXPO menu on most radios. Are you talking about headspeed, most radios are programmable for this as well through the gov channel. It would even be possible to change the FC gain for each flight mode if you had a radio w/ more than 7 channels, although many have found that setting the FC gain to G-View gives a little better performance, at least w/ the current firmware.

Yes, you can use your pitch curves in your radio to set different collective pitch ranges for different flight modes. You can also use dual rates to set slower or faster flip/roll rates which could be tied to your flight mode swtich as well if you wanted to do that.

nwmtech is correct....

Flight mode setups are programmed in your transmitter, not in the Total G. Your flight mode setups are limited only by the capability of your transmitter.

Thanks all for your input, you are correct. I was getting confused with the Hobby King T-BAR 600, which had 4 seperate banks to save data for each flight mode.
