Check this out, I have seen 8 amps charging rate and good matched end results.
In this photo are 2 5s1p 4350 FlightPower EVO 20 packs being charged in parallel (5s2p) using 2 of the V-Balance Modules. Safe and effective charging setup.
You can also see a pair of 4350's being charged in series (10s1p) on a TP charger/balancer in the background.
