ok, ive been getting a little frustrated with my lepton and needed some advice on my latest problem... the link on the seesaw mixer is rubbing at the far end of the throws. It's rubbing on the inner machined out area.
i tried to circle the areas in red.
Normal? Advice? thanks,
dave

Have you crashed? Mine did the same thing after a crash and it turned out the screw holding the mixing arm in was slightly bent. Check the screw and I bet you'll find the same thing I did.

I also bent that screw in a very minor crash. I agree with checking that out first.

I seem to recall a bushing or washer that went there as well. Other than that I'm stumped.
Look at this information by Finless: http://www.helifreak.com/viewtopic.php?t=14647
I believe that Finless covered your problem with this video: http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=finless/lepton&filename=issue.wmv and this video: http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=finless/lepton&filename=issuefixfinal.wmv

Yep... they all do that at full pitch and tipping the flybar... Seems it doesn hurt anything since so many are flying it this way but I didnt like it so I changed it as Gus points out in my videos.
