Stripped muffler pressure fitting

I've got a Hatori HB-18 with a stripped out pressure fitting hole. Anyone have some advice on how to seal this hole off? A 4mm bolt will "kinda" thread in, but is mostly stripped out. Should I just drill/tap the thing to a 5mm or maybe use something like JB Weld to seal the 4mm in?

clean it good with acetone and jb weld it. if you need the fitting for muffler pressure then grind it and tap it. c-ya in prot charlotte, Ron
