Venture 30 gyro recomendations

Ok so I am in the process of getting a Venture 30 in a trade and wondered what gyro would be good for it - I'm sure a GY611 would be great but don't really want to spend that much. I ahve a Trex 450 with a Gy401 in it but am just getting started in Helis so the Venture will help me learn and get better but I am not sure how much 3D I will do with it.

a 401 is fine and and you can do many 3D maneuvers with a .30 sized heliopter. Tic-tocs and lift intensive maneuvers like that are a pain. Or so I hear. My tic-tocs are horrible no matter what I fly! :lol:

I guess I should have said hown much 3D I will do with it any time soon as I have a ways to go. Sounds like another 401 wil be purchased soon!
