Problem with tail!

I have been using the lipo now for a week now and it has been great. But I flew it today and the moment it came off the ground the nose turned full left. Almost lost it. Seeing that the porportional mix was out of wack I went to adjust it. After fooling around with it for awhile I was able to get it hold straight for a split second except when I give it a little left rudder it wants to continue turning to the left. I tried triming but still the same problem. I don't have a heat sink on the tail motor because it doesn't get hot just warm.

Tail motor probably needs to be replaced.

I just changed the motor not too long ago. Only has 6 flights on it.

I have had a similar problem a couple times... I have to reset the system a few times then it flew right. I haven't had to do this lately knock in wood...

Make sure nothing is binding the motors too...

I got it tamed sorta. I put two heat sinks on hit and WOW. The motor is barely even hot.
