OS max-91SZ-Hring PS Hyper - HOW TO SETUP?

I have a new OS max-91SZ-Hring PS Hyper.
I need a step by step setup guide.
I cant seem to get a smooth pick up in rpm from idle.
I tried reducing mixture as there was lots of smoke but this seeems to make it worse.
Can anyone help?
