Hi Guys,

I got My Powerjazz last week and tried 11s 3700 on my Ion Today Geared at 10:1 with the Single Stage and Actro 32-3.

I dialed down the ESC to 74% to get a H/S of 2020 , and man can you say power , the governor worked really well , the bad news is that I puffed one of my 5s1p 3700 packs :dontknow .

I think this a sweet setup cuz it weights a litle bit less than a 10s 4350 and you can fly for 5 1/2 minutes no problem.

Chuck, I thought the 32.55 was only rated for up to 10s.

epc2, any idea what caused one of your 5s1p Evo20 packs to puff?

Cheers,

Tom C

yeah it is but you can do 11s through it. been running 11s through it for about a year now, on a boxed raptor, xero g, logo 14, now this monster...

Schulze Future 32.55k Controller
Logo 10/Logo14/Raptor/XeroG
Highly Efficient Brushless Speed Controller
FEATURES:All models of the future are amongst the world’s smallest, lightest and most capable speed controllers. future controllers have the most intelligent, comprehensive software, which means that this speed controller (or governor) is capable of operating virtually any brushless motor currently on the market with optimum efficiency. The ipsu (intelligent programming system for future-universal) makes it as simple as possible to configure the controller to match any radio control system and operating mode: The transmitter stick travel settings of the wing programs is fully automatical, the operating modes can easily be configured by the DIL switch. The integral motor connector system is a feature of all future-u, and makes it possible to remove the unit for servicing, or for fitting in another model, simply by unplugging the cables - no soldering is required.

SPECS: Continuous/Peak Current: 55/73A; Cells: 6-32 NiCd/NiMH, 3-11 LiPos; Size: 80 x 30 x 14mm; Weight 44-52g

Shawn,

The Governor worked really well like the 55-10-32.

TomC, I sent a pic to Will and he said that it looked like a pouch seal problem.

Yes it is either a pouch seal or pouch corrosion problem which is rare, and that is fully covered under warranty, no questions asked. It can happen. The pack will be replaced ASAP.

i've run jeti 77 speed controllers on 11s, i'm pretty sure they are the same as a hacker master 77 just a different label.

Chuck, since I have a couple of spare Hacker 77 heli escs, I may just give this a try!

Flew the Ion X again today with 11s and had a blast , In conclusion I'll never fly a machine of this size on 10s again , my last set of 4350's will be replaced for 11 & 12s packs.

The powerjazz is working very good , I still need to do some tweaking with the Governor but it's a nice esc for sure.

Ya, 12s with a belt drive is going to be aussume! I can hardly wait to give it a try sometime this year. In the meantime, I'm still having a lot of fun on 10s and it is nice to be able to share packs with my 10s Trex600.

Cheers,
