Problem with Nine Eagle Solo Pro V2 - spinning uncontrolably

Hi!

I have a strange problem with my almost brand new Nine Eagle Solo Pro. I have flown it several times without any problems but suddenly today it started to loose power and spin uncontrolably. The trim is set to factory settings and the tailrotor is spinning so it got to be something else.

Can anyone find a solution to this problem?

PS.

I noticed today that I can pull the tailrotor shaft a few mm back and forth into the actual tailrotor engine, is this correct or should this shaft be mounted solid?

If its "fairly new", can you return it for a new one? Which way is it spinning, clock wise or counter clock wise?

Don't u just hate the clever responses, but anyway I have the same problem with my heli it also spins out of control (don't think it makes a diff which way) there must be a solution because I've tried switching the giro aswell...
