Hey there everyone,
I know the question has been asked, but I'd like some clarification.
I am just getting ready to put the finishing touches on my Logo 10 (deluxe). This is my first 30 size heli, and want to take an easy with it. My intention is sport flying, with maybe the occasional inverted hover or loop / roll. Definately nothing like TicTocs or anything, not with this model. When I'm ready for that, I'll move into a 3-D machine.
My setup is a Medusa MR-036-050-1300kv motor, Phoenix 45esc, TP 5S2P 4000mah battery, LogiTech 2100T Gyro. I had planned on using a 16t pinion, which would give me a 1750 (+/-) head speed. I plan on flying the woodies until I work all the bugs out. I noticed alot of people are turning headspeeds closer to 2k, but I'm sure there flying needs require a higher head speed. Is this an OK head speed for my intentions? What is the head speed range for the woodies? C/F?
Thanks alot!
Wayne
