Would like to get in touch with anyone that has experience with the Eagle Tree System Pro and has interfaced it with the ECU on a turbine! Hayes Hutchins

Hi,
Any luck with this? I'm thinking of doing the same thing myself.

It works fine. Have it connected to an MW54 on a Vario Benzine. I need to dissasemble the main drive gear and install magnets to pick up the main shaft rpm. Range works fine with x9303. You forfit the gps functions when interfacing the the Wren. It is good for tuning and setting up curves.
The wren uses a serial interface and I made up the jumper myself. need tx,rx, gnd. I haven't played with the computer interface yet.
I bought it to monitor mw54 rpm vrs head speed. Figured it might prove the governor issue, however, I have been too busy with other things to get the project finished.
Also have a helicommand rigid to interface as well. Was anticipating playing with flybarless.

Hi Bob,
Good to hear from you. Hmmm... I thought it may be a good way of monitoring the wren and headspeed as well. Where are you going to place the magnets on the main gear? The outside?

Will drill two holes opposite each other (180 deg) from the bottom and insert the magnets with epoxy. There are other parameters that should be fun to watch including servo positions and battery voltages.
Also bought additional sensors to interface with the Bergen Intrepid so I can move it between machines.
It's a nice product.
