-upper main shaft bearing block
-lower main shaft bearing block

Heat it up with a heat gun. Then they will pop out :D

Small torch will work also.
First take out the Flanged bearing on the top. Then take out the bearing on the bottom. May have to wiggle it out with the pinion still attached. Then you can tap out the middle bearing with a socket and hammer.
Reassemble in reverse order. Middle first one in. Then the top or bottom bearing.
Little red loctite smeared on the outside race will help hold them.
Not a hard job, just takes a little time.

put it in your oven ; cooker , for 10 mins at 130 deg ..... But use an oven mitt or similar to get it out! .. Tap it and bearing will fall out , new bearing will fall in while block is hot , but its easier to put the bearing on a shaft first , lots easier to hold..........

I agree with David on this one. Just press the bearings out with two sockets and a vise (or a hammer). Like he said, add a bit of green locktite to the outer race, put the bearing on a flat surface, and just press it back into the block with your hand. If you cant get it to fully go in, put it back in the vice and clamp it until the bearing is flush in the block.
