I have been looking at pic's of other raptors and there blades seem to be the opposite of mine. I got the ARF kit. When the copter is running the main blades spin (clockwise). When I got the kit the flybars we're spinning backward so I changed them around.

Attached a couple of pic's. Flybar pic is from the back and tail-rotor pic is from muffler side.

Are mine on right?

Both are backwards.

If you are looking at the main gear/flybar from above, it should rotate clockwise. The leading edge of both the blades and the flybar paddles is the thicker side... you want that side facing in the direction of the rotation.

As for the tail blades, if you look straight down the tail output shaft (opposite of the way your picture was taken), those blades should spin counter-clockwise and therefore have the thicker portion of the blades pointing in the direction of the rotation.

Take a look at the pics I've attached for a reference.

If you purchased this kit as an ARF, you may want to check out the Assembly Guide on www.raptortechnique.com to familiarize yourself with the heli.
