First off nice fourms. I am sure I will learn alot here. I have been reading here for a couple weeks so figured I would join. I have a Blade CP on the way. I use to have a Blade CX, but recently sold, because I could fly it pretty well. I had a piece of weight in the nose of it to make it have better forward motion. I am looking forward to learning to fly the CP, I have messed with the sims long enough to now that I would just rather learn on the real deal. So I thats what I am setting out to do along with my father. As far as pictures go can I just load them sright here or do I need to host them else where? Thanks for all the help that I am sure I will need in the near future thank alot.

I think he is already hooked! :)

My honest advice would be to not get discouraged.

Good luck,

What are the main differences between the cp and cp pro? Would it be hard to make a cp a cp pro. Or not worth it?

might want to look at a T-Rex for your next heli, it's just a bit more stable than the cp/cpp.

CP Pro has a 3 in 1 with separate Rx, which makes it easier to add a heading hold gyro.

CP Pro comes with symmetrical blades. A a motor with a 9t pinion to drive them.

CP Pro comes with the Bell-Hiller mixers.

CP Pro comes with a lipo battery.

CP Pro canopy is a different color.

Actually fairly easy to change over. The aerobatic enhancement kit has the motor and blades. The Bell-Hiller mixer is available as an upgrade kit. Lipo batteries are easy. You can get the Pro canopy. You don' tneed the 3 in 1, even if you want a HH gyro is you don' tmind a little work. Or you can buy the 3 i n1 and an Rx and sell your 4 in 1 to someone who fried one. I am using the Light Flight RC D6 Rx.
