14MZ HF problem, help please T_T

Hello,
I have a problem afer updating the encoder firmware from 1.30 to 1.31. And now the icon show the rf status affiche always "RF Off". When I click on this icon to activate the HF modul, the Futaba light blink red and the icon still shows "rf off". But the strange thing is that when the light blink red, I do have transmission and control over the rx lol ?! :arggg: :arggg: And when I turn the HF off, the light do turn to violet. Have anybody ever heard about this strange problem? :?: :?: :?:

Recommend that you send the radio back to Futaba, I tried to download the update, and could not get it to "take, they, were very helpful and this will assure that you get it right!

I would send it in, just do to the fact that the stick encoders are the parts that went bad in my radio causeing my bergen intrepid to crash

An update for you, I recently had a challenge with my 14MZ, and, sent it in to Futaba, they replaced the ST-52 Stick Encoder, as well as the main PCB assembly.
Seems to work fine now, will check it out in small plane for awhile.
