Is there less interaction in 140 ccpm vs 120ccpm with this radio?

supposedly yes since all servos move the same amount.
do you have a 140 swashplate on your machine?

Supposedly... but 120 CCPM works great with EXPO ON on the [SWASH MIX] page. This setting is widely mis-understood. It has nothing to do with "expo" as in "make the stick soft around center". Instead, it causes the CCPM software to do extra calculations to compensate for the non-linear nature of a round servo arm/wheel driving a linear link. Works GREAT.
It DOES affect total pitch travel, so turn it on and then re-adjust or re-setup to get what you want in pitch.

also have the servo mixing values to be adjusted ? for example in 9303 and EVO it says 60/-70/60, those 70 vs 60 stays same when activate the expo ?

Yes and no. Expo does affect total travel a bit, so you may wish to use mechanical setup (arm length, etc.) and/or the SWASH MIX values to re-setup. Whatever it takes for your particular setup and feel.
