This is Jill Al's wife. Chris what is your deal?? You act as if he and I both have not been in contact with you. You have always had all of our numbers and you know all of our friends. I really do not think it was cool of you to come on here and do this. You know the trouble that we have been through and I myself have always kept in contact. Do not come on here and act as if we dropped off the face of the planet. That is just wrong and a lie. As for Joe I have no clue what trouble he had from us. We never heard a bad thing from him other than a problem with the engine and dude I sent you the receipt to get that strait. So if you have a problem you should have called us. As for everyone else we are all doing much better and Conner is here thanks to Knowles for letting everyone know. As for Coker give me a call just like I gave you one a week ago. As you said you just want us to be friends again. If that is the case this is a funny way of showing it.

Al got that Heli from me almost two years ago. On a good reference I agreed to take payments that would have it paid off in about four weeks. "it took almost a year to get 1/2 the money"
From the first time I found out you guys were having problems I asked Al to call me once a week or so and give me an update. I also told Al that I knew He was having some trouble and that he could send me $10 or $20 a week as long as he would call me weekly and give me an update. How many times did he ever called me......????? "0" !!!!!!! When your # changed I had to call your friends to get a new one, no word from Al and still no phone calls. I even told him that he could call me collect. still no phone calls from Al.
Then I hear that he has traded for another heli and latter sold that one . Still no payments and no phone calls.

As for the problems you guys have had, I am very sorry and I felt bad when I saw you guys at Mac's FF in the spring with a new Heli, and also the FF at Clint's house......... and I really felt bad when I heard Al had a new Radio and a new guitar or something. :shock: :shock:
Only after 2 years of waiting on my money and #'s calls and PM's "with no response" did I post something on here. Hell at least I got a call from you because of it!

Al Moore's For Sale Post: "FS Raptor 90 Brand New" - I have for sale a brand new Raptor 90 that has never seen a drop of fuel. The heli and all accessories are new.

I bought a Raptor 90 with engine, servos, exhaust and receiver from Al Moore back in May '04 after reading his for sale thread on RR. I spoke with him at great length about this bird and he assured me everything had been recently purchased and was brand new/never seen any flight time or a drop of fuel. I pressed him further to let me know up front if anything had been used. Further stating I want to know up front what I'm getting into vs being surprised on the back end. He assured me everything was brand new. I decided to buy his heli.


When the package arrived (and the poorly secured/protected contents were removed), I determined the YS91 was used and had failing bearings. The Hatori muffler had seen fuel, the collective servo was well used and I suspect the other servos were used too (based on their physical condition and gear train slop).


Getting him to reply to my e-mail/PM inquires proved very difficult. He was avoiding me. When I finally cornered him, he admitted the engine had seen fuel. When pressed further (and a couple weeks passed), he coughed up a receipt so I could send the engine back to YS Performance. The receipt was made out to a different person in a different state and indicated the engine had been bought about 8 months prior.

Not a pleasant experience dealing with him and I would never do it again.

Buyer beware when dealing with Al Moore. :!:

I had considered not even taking the time to respond to either of you on your so called points but after reading this here I go. Coker I never said that you did not deserve your money but if you want to get down to it, you have changed the price. I asked you when I received my taxes this year what pay off was, you gave me a price and I happily sent it. Then you came up with another 150.00. I guess the first price was something else talking! I give up on you, and as for me calling because of this, wrong. A friend called me and told me about it. I do not even have a computer, had to sell it for bills. As for Als last heli it was a gift from my sister. No money out of pocket for us. So get your facts staight before you speak them. As for Al's guiter, another gift. As I told you we have no money!!!! And it is because he was out of work due to someone hitting him head on. Nothing thru any fault of his own. That is the end of any futher respones from me on the matter. As for yu Mr. Ubaldo, what is your deal. I think you are just crazy. Nothing that you say has any truth. For anyone that cares to look my husband is on the good guy list repeatedly. The remarks speak for them selves. And as for the receipt you asked that I fax it to your office. I did so and then 3 weeks later you said you never received it. So once again I do not know where you are coming from. This will also be the last responce for you as I have a family and a life as does my husband who is working hard everyday to support us. Thanks for your repeated responses Jill. You're doing a great job of keeping this thread going and I'm happy about that. The longer it's active, the greater the chances are others will read it and hopefully will heed my warning regarding dealing with Al Moore.

Just so you and I are clear... I have no beef with you. My beef is with Al Moore. I am not disputing whether or not I received a copy of a YS91 purchase receipt. I stated I received one in a previous reply to this thread. If you're the one that faxed the receipt to me, thank you. With that receipt, I was able to send the engine (Al told me had never seen fuel) in for warranty repair. Again, thank you for your efforts in helping me.

As I stated above, my beef is with Al Moore. He lied to me when he told me all the items he was selling me were new and had not seen fuel or flight time. Some of the items (engine, muffler and servo(s)) upon inspection, had obviously seen fuel and had been used. That’s the cold hard truth. Nothing more and nothing less.

Just curious Jill, since my phone conversations were exclusively with Al Moore, why are you replying for him? Is he unable to speak/type for himself?
Only he and I were involved in those phone conversations. Only he and I have first hand knowledge of our conversations, not you (unless you were listening in or recorded the conversations). If either occurred, then you KNOW I’m telling the truth.

Please continue responding to this thread and ask Al to do so too. I’m looking forward to hearing more from either or both of you.

Joe I was there as the both of you talked and I heard every word my husband said. The only reason he does not respond himself is because he has no time and no computer. She is right! I did change the price, I offered to lower it by $ 50 on two separate occasions with the agreement that it would get paid off by a agreed date. both dates have come and gone with no payment.
