Well, I was curious about the possibility of these new cells but aparently they are unwilling to share and do not want anyone to know anything about them. I suspect they are probably doing something illegal or shady. Anyway the contact info for the company manufacturing these cells is...

The guy I spoke to seemed very unnerved about being contacted for specs on the cells. I think more of you should call him and see what we can pry out of him. They claim that the pack can not be broken apart due to some sort of microchip nonsense. Sounds like either it is a bunch of BS or these cells are even more volotile than normal Li ion cells. Either way I won't be buying any Craftsman Li ion tools until I know what exactly is in these things.
