AP-2000i firmware loader.

We have released a new version of the firmware loader. This is the Windows application that loads the firmware on the AP-2000i and not the firmware itself. This version is a much more elegant and a mere 20KB (compressed) as oppose to the previous terrible VB implementation which was a huge 3.8MB with the runtimes. However it requires .NET to be installed which should by now be available in most computers…. or can be downloaded free from Microsoft.

The new firmware loader has a working “Detect” button and does no longer take the piss saying: “I told you not to press the detect button”. Some of you guys will know what I mean ;-)

Also, it has the ability to automatically load the latest version from our website or you can choose a local file if you prefer.

Just completed a download with the new firmware loader, went direct from the web instead of the file, worked like a champ!!

Quicker and easier than saving the file to the laptop, although if you didn't have web access while hooked up to AP200I, you could load from the file if previously saved.

Once I had the flashlink plugged into the correct spot on the AP, it detected the board right away........ :oops:
