Currently flying a Vigor CS with a OS 61 SX. I am wanting to put a OS 91 SZ-H Hyper Engine in it.
What main gear and pinion gear do I need use for the least amount of modifications.

I have the 88 tooth main gear and an 11 tooth pinion. This gives an 8.0 ratio. I had to tame about .060 off the surface of the motor mount, and elongate the holes for the bolts where the clutch bearings are bolted to the frames.
They all used to say to get the motor mount milled, which is great if you have a machine shop in the back yard, but I did just fine with some 120 wet or dry on a piece of glass and some elbow grease. Works fine.
