Is it just me or is the Titan tail heavy. I guessing because of the longer tail boom and boom mounted servo. I have a Titan and R50V2 and can't get the Titan to fly as good as my R50. The R50 is balanced perfectly and I can hover inverted almost hands off or with little stick input. I am thinking about maybe moving the tail servo to the front or maybe using a Sub C battery 4.8V battery pack.

Yep longer tail boom and tail servo made mine tail heavy, I moved the servo back up front and started running the 4800 li-ion 4 cell,, Got it close but stil a little tail heavy,
With the shorter boom and front mounted servo the 2 cell li-ion gets it close, the 4 cell is a little heavy to the nose.

I am thinking of trying those 4 cell GP3300 or GP3700 nimh cells. Has anyone used these batteries before?

Don't like NIMH , for radio ,,I raced them indoor touring cars. They don't seem to last as long as nicad on radio. I was field charging all the time.
I ended up going li-ion ,,never looked back ,, Fly all day no charge.

Lighten the tail as much as you can. Mine is slightly nose-heavy with a 2400 Li-Ion. I have all aluminum screws and locknuts in the tail case, and aluminum locknuts on the grip bolts. Don't use aluminum grip bolts though. :) An inspection hole in the tail case will shave a little more. A little weight removed on the tail equals a lot added to the nose.
