Got Razor kit #86 last week, started building during the weekend. I only got through 3 bags so far ( bag #1 #3and #4). but already found 5 items missing.
1 small shim for t/r
1 boom support rod
1 alum. corner block short
1 C/F Rear plate
7 M3x6 screws in bag #3
I have talked to Tim, he's very nice, told me they will ship out the missing parts. But I am currently stuck in step #3 'cause the missing c/f rear plate stops everything.
Am I the only one having this bad luck?

well , must have been the start of a week end and he left without finishing it
Andy, guess this happens to the best of them sometimes. My Ion-x kit was missing all 4 main rotor grip bearings so I got hit on step #2. My local Xcell dealer had these to me within a few days. I'm sure MA will get these missing parts to you asap. It might be a good idea to check the parts count on the remaining bags while your waiting so you don't have anymore surprises.
Cheers,

My kit had everything, no problem. I know what it is like to not get all the kit though, and I feel for you. It is worth the wait.

So it did happen. The QC, if there is a one, must be sleeping. :(

Yep, this is a good idea. Guess I will have to go through all the bags tonight.

Will, you are right. This is a very well-designed machine. I built Trex 600CF before, but that gave me a feeling of 'plastic'. For razor, I can only say: "superb".

Yeah, before deciding on Razor, I was tempted by some less expensive brands, but once you have owned a MinAir Heli., there is no going back - you have to own another one.

Hey Andy, nope you are not the only one . I have #26 and it was missing the idle bearings in tail for the belt, the screws that hold the arms on the mixing base are too thick so barely go through the bearings. Now I'm having trouble with the tail rotor belt running off the port side tensioner bearings and it doesn't matter where I set the tensioner. This is just after 15 mins of running. I sold an ION to finance this one, now I'm wondering....
A friend has #28 and he is having probs as well.....

There were no parts missing in my kit (other than the canopy) and it went together as well as any MA helis I have built previously. I have been flying it now for three weeks and it just gets better with every flight.
