SSR-VII - Best flybar length

Recently I have bought a second hand SSR-VII head for my EX-WC. Please, What flybar length could be the best for fai practicing? 490mm, 535mm? 555mm?

For FAI, go with the longer flybar. This will give you a nice stable flight.
