Not this week. New year started for them and wont finish till the 15th. NOTHING is gna get shipped till then. Same for all of our distributors....sam every year.

Most of us got em for PRE ORDER.

Align shipped out a pretty large batch last week just before the new year closure, which should be in the hand of distributors by now.

Same every year? I doubt it. Last year they managed to push out the 3G system and everybody got their hands on it before Chinese new year, followed by 700e which came out in April. The year before they pushed out T-Rex 450 pro and everybody got that before Chinese new year as well. So they've been pretty good at getting stuff out before the years end.

I preordered one from you a week or so ago. I then spoke to you on the phone and you mentioned that your distributor will be drop shipping to us so they do not have to pass thru you.

Is that still the plan? And if so - did you forward our orders to them ???

While Align did ship out the batch, I don't know the situation is with logistics companies, since the postal system and custom agency are all closed for the holiday. There are too many variants to predict the actual arrival date, so it could be stuck in the airport for all we know. Take my comments with a grain of salt.
