Hi, would like to check anyone using this charger n balancer? Do u charge the lipo battery and connect the balancer during charge or after charging?

Better to hook it up while charging or even before charging.
The Triton will charge to 12.6 volts for a 3S pack. If you start with an unbalanced pack, say 3.3 - 3.4 - 3.5 volts, when you get to 12.6 volts you would have 4.1 - 4.2 - 4.3 = 12.6, which means cell 3 was overcharged.
