Clintstone had a prototype glow igniter from Duralite at Black Sheep Event. It is working great and is a lot higher capacity battery than the Radio South units. It charges with the standard Duralite Charger from what I understand.

Put my name on the list please Duralite. :)

It's kinda... big :D I guess it doesn't matter since it stays onthe ground. I'm a big fan of the small "battery on a stick" configuration.

I think they are more like 119 Festus. Big means you only have to charge once or twice a season. :) I'm used to the Radio South unit now, so this is not going to be a big deal for me. I share my starter and glow igniter and battery checker at the field and lately we have been runnin my Radio South Pro Glow 3 down on Sat-Sun get togethers, so I am looking forward to the Duralite unit that should have a lot longer service between charges and charges with the Duralite charger just like the rest of my Duralite packs. I like to keep it simple.

Ordered mine yesterday. :)

Wow...Double the price (if that is the street price for sure) of the Radio south unit.
I will stick with my old MK2 version. I get 2-3 months worth of starts out of that one before I have to put on a 30 minute charge.

I like having the meter to tell the condition of the plug. You can put it on and you know if it is hydroed before you find out the hard way. Looks like The full Duralite system will be completed soon as we are testing starter Batteries now. May have it by Mulbery........
