New Align charger

Does anyone have any info on this upcoming charger? This was posted on Rcgroups w/o much else information:

It is supposedly AC/DC, and it can charge two banks at once...check out the connections on the side...

Has anybody tried one of these yet? How about balancer adapters for FP or TP packs?
