First off I wanted to thank everyone who has posted the great tips, and advice on here for the new people. I have been flying R/C Planes for close to 12 years, and decided to get into Heli's, and because of all the info I have found here the experience has been enjoyable.

But now to my point, I recently ordered a tre-x 450x from www.Heliproz.com, I got the whole combo with radio, motor, esc and everything else. ( I mean everything else the only thing I ordered extra was some blades and other parts I know I will need as I am learning) Well as I was setting my radio up I found that the servo they included for the tail was already bad. I trouble-shot it for about a day and came to the solid conclusion that the servo was just bad out of the box. So I called Heliproz and told them them my problem expecting to get the run around, ( you know I would have to call the manufactor) but that was not the case the guy who helped me was extreamly nice, and helpfull. The are taking it back and sending me a new one JUST LIKE THAT! I get the new one next week acording to the tracking number the e-mailed me about a hour after I got off the phone with them. Like I said I have been in R/C for close to 12 years and never was customer service like that with Tower Hobbies or anyone else. ( Not trying to knock anyone else but its just my experience)

I just wanted to share this with everyone because I would recomend www.Heliproz.com to anyone just because of how helpfull they have been and great customer service. Thanks to all who read this and I hope anyone new will read this and get something out of it.

There's a few shining stars in the world of customer service.

Heliproz
Nathan and Ron at Ricks
Jeff Green at MRC/Hirobo
and Jack and Mark at Duralite all pretty much set the standard for the industry. (I'm sure there's others but those I have all dealt with personally)

I buy all my stuff from them (which is not as much as I'd like by the way) and I love those guys.
First experience was last year while I was in Montana I decide to drive personally there since I never seem anheli shop in my life so it was worth it the 8+hr round trip drive.
Since then I phone those guys from here (Costa Rica) and there's never been a problem even when I decide to change my order right after I placed it.
Can't wait to go to Montana again (next May)

I bought (2) Raptor 50's, JR 9303, DX7 and one Trex and many related parts from Heliproz. Very helpful on the phone and know exactly what you need. No guess work.
I'll continue to buy from them, we need to support their business.
Customer service is everything. And their web site has improved greatly.
