Glossary of Terms

I am a real n00b here and I have issues with some of the terms that are being thrown around. I know I could search the internet for the terms, but I have so many I would be swapping back and forth between here and Google I would eventually end up where I started... LOST!

With that said I would like to start this Glossary of Terms post. Think back to when you were new to the hobby and didn't understand certain words, actions, etc :arggg:. Post the word with a definition, an action with an explanation, but please please keep them simple. Hopefully this will catch on and maybe it can be stickied...
