im trying to set the failsafe on my 9C, throttle only, to 0%.
but it only seems to want to set at about 12% when the stick is at the lowest setting. even in throttle hold i get 12-15%
and if i set the end point to full 140 on the low end, i still get 2%.
any way to set it to 0?
thanks.

Drop the thr trim down to zero or as low as it will go then reset the thr f/s value

tried that; got me down to 3%; perhaps that is good enough?

Doesn't matter what the precentage reading is. Just as long as the throttle channel does what you set it to do when failsafe is activated. Turn on transmitter, turn on receiver, push throttle stick all the way to top. Now turn off transmitter. See if throttle servos moves throttle barrel to where you want it to go. I am guessing you want it to shut off completely. If you have the stick all the way down and trim all the way down when you set the failsafe. Then when failsafe is activated. It will move the throttle closed as far as it can.

I have the same problem to, I can't set it below 15%. I even have to use THR-CUT to get this 15%. But I can tell, it sure gives exactly 15%.
I need this for my T-Rex 450SE heli, but I think it is fine for me now.
