Can someone brake this down for me... Is this a pitch / throttle curve I keep reading about?

My settings Futaba 6XHP:-
N-TH 0,45,55,75,100
N-PI 0,35,50,75,100
I-TH 25,30,50,75,100
I-PI 30,35,50,75,100
