So you know Scott called me and talked to me persoanally before all this went down. I can tell you he is a good guy and I am sure he and the company will be doing good things in this hobby! He is a "keeper" for sure!
I knew we would get things worked out and I am looking forward to working with RC-Tek in the future as I know as a US company, they will watch out for the CUSTOMER!

That's the reason i bought a dragonus elite from Scott.....just a couple of weeks before the "end" :(
Unfortunately i cannot afford to buy another new heli for awhile so this one (and the spares i have stockpiled) will have to do.
Thanks again for all your hard work Bob and to Scott for letting this go thru for us dragonus owners who bought from him.

OK Here are the Dragonus Videos.
I would like to thank Scott Booth from RC-Tek for supporting these even though they do nothing for him business wise. Scott and I agreed it would be best to support customers even though the manufacturer will benefit from these in the long run and RC-Tek will gain nothing other than letting customers know how much they think about support!
My personal opinion is I support Scott for thinking about customers and I say "Shame on you RCer" for how you do business. While I think this is a good heli RCer has done nothing for customers! I want to remind everyone RC-Tek supplied the kit and supported me doing these videos NOT the manufacturer!
Anyway, thanks Scott for seeing how these help customers of yours and I think we will see that in the long run you will do well! I cant wait to work with you again!
So after all that said, here we go:

hi bob,
the links to steps 3, 6 and 10_11 are wrong. I managed to guess the correct filename and dowmloaded it though.
thanks for great vids...i'm flying a lama now and am ready to progress to the next level. i'm thinking of either the dragonus or mini titan. any recommendations?
edit: sorry. should be steps 3, 7 and 10_11 but someone has already posted it.

Hmm, how come you can still seem to buy a Dragonus from RC-Teck website?
Thanks, Scott. I was actually looking at your site to see if I could support you, but, not much I can use at this time.

Once the current inventory is gone... it's gone. No promotion is taking place (although I sense a fire liquidation sale coming on).
No problem on not finding anything. There are many items we are holding back on like our new ESC, external BEC, some batteries, charges, etc. which will be "officially" released along side our new Diablo/SkyShark helicopters after I return to the USA next week and open up the California operation.
Regards,
Scott

Come-on now Bob... a good heli will always be a good heli.... no matter what happened in the business world... my personal opinion... Dragonus heli is the best 400 class EP heli till today.... be it the PRO, Elite or the cheapest in the range the SA units...

by the way, i keep stock on all the parts for Dragonus heli... the only problem is shipping cost too much to send it out to the western country...

Which is WHY in the US it will never be a popular heli until parts are readly available! I never said the heli was bad! I am saying it is DEAD here in the US without a good distributor and supply chain....
I had the heli out at the field for show and tell and the FIRST QUESTION from everyone was... "Where do you get parts"?
Either RC'er doesnt understand how USA works or they dont care. The Align Trex is the most sold 450 class heli not because it is the best, but BECAUSE Align understood what needed to happen in the USA to make it popular and followed the things that made ACE Raptor popular.
1) Kits available most everywhere
2) PARTS easily available at just about any hobby shop or online retailer
3) Price of course
The Dragonus is very nice heli but wont do squat here in the US without commitment.

Bob, are you planning an electronics install, that is where I am now. I can muddle through but one of your vids would make it a breeze.
Thanks
