Above 140F (60C) pack lifetime is degraded, typically by approx 12 cycles per degree F (21 cycles per degree C).
I think it is above 190F (88C) you enter the danger zone where thermal runaway becomes a serious risk.

I have been flying my lipo for about a month now. And after a 10min flight the battery isn't even warm but cold to the touch. The only thing that gets hot is the main and tail motor. Is this ok for the lipo or even ideal?
Thanks

Sounds like you are flying a smaller FP or CP heli, probably with brushed motors, is that right ?
You must be operating comfortably within the battery's C-rating so it is not heating up which is a good thing. The motors getting hot is normal for the cheap brushed motors. Don't fly non-stop for 10min, try 3 sets of 3 minutes or you motors will probably fail from heat stress, particularly the tail motor.

Yeah Im flying the Blade CP. Not the best heli in the world. It does have brushed motors. I fly for about 4 mins then rest then for 5 mins. I wanna go brushless but I might as well spend the money on a trex or E-Raptor.

Here is some info I got from Bishop Power Products regarding care of Lipo's..tranlated by myself
Under 60 degrees you will see a 10%-15% reduction in operating efficiency
Under freezing a 70% reduction
100-110 degrees is the optimum operating temperature
Optimum battery temp. 80-90 degrees
130 degree maximum battery temp.
A 2100 mAh battery has appx. 2230 mAh
Low Voltage Lipo detector for a 3 cell battery/ heli application @ 9.4 to 9.6
When charging a 2100 mAh battery you should keep the charge at no more than 2000 mAh
If not using a battery for more than 1 week keep the battery stored at a 50% charge ie: 3 cell lipo 11.5 volts to 11.7 volts
