Is there a way to make the Blue MA tach to read over 2000 RPM?

Little better explanation.
Look thru the view finder. Adjust the tach till thru the viewfinder the rotor head looks like it is a 4 bladed head that is not turning. Then take that reading and multiply by 2. That is the way I have always did.
The view will be like this + instead of this -------
